Für Havas Social suchen wir am Standort Mannheim ab sofort einen Social Concepter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Social-Media-Strategien mit Schwerpunkt TikTok, aber auch auf Instagram und YouTube
- Analyse von Zielgruppen, Markt- und Plattformtrends zur Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
- Beratung von Kunden und internen Teams bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und Kampagnenplanung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativ-, Content- und Performance-Teams zur ganzheitlichen Umsetzung
- Entwicklung innovativer Konzepte für Content, Community Building und Creator/Influencer-Kooperationen
- Monitoring, Reporting und datenbasierte Optimierung der Social-Media-Strategien
Das bringst du mit
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Social-Media-Strategie, idealerweise in einer Agentur
- Umfassendes Verständnis der Social-Media-Landschaft mit besonderem Fokus auf TikTok, seinen Mechanismen und dynamischen Content-Entwicklungen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von kanalübergreifenden Social-Media-Strategien
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Gewissenhaftigkeit
- Kreatives und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
