Concrete Dam Engineer (m/f/d)

They stand for experience, quality and global expertise, supporting complex projects from development and planning through to operation, backed by the latest technical methods. Their multidisciplinary team combines comprehensive expertise with local practice to deliver efficient, seamless solutions for complex water resource projects.What you can achieve with us:
Conduct stability and stress analyses to ensure structural integrity of concrete dams, including Gravity, RCC, and Arch damsDevelop detailed 2D and 3D finite element models (FEM) for dam designPerform thermal analysis and other specialized engineering assessmentsPrepare comprehensive design drawings and technical specificationsEnsure all designs comply with international standards and project requirementsSupport projects from feasibility studies through to detailed design phases
What convinces us:
Master's degree in Civil Engineering5 to 10 years of related professional experience, ideally including several years abroadStrong proficiency in structural and geotechnical analysis, including FEM software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Plaxis)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and solve complex structural challengesFamiliarity with relevant industry standards and ICOLD guidelinesEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and proactive mindsetWillingness to travel for site visits and project meetings as required
