Diese Arbeitsbereiche erwarten dich:

  • Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Prozessen und Services mit innovativen, digitalen Ansätzen
  • Planen, Durchführen und Nachbereiten von Entwicklungs-Sprints
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von User Stories und deren Priorisierung im Backlog inkl. Koordination mit den Fachbereichen
  • Durchführen von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Benchmarks sowie Recherchen und Befragungen zu künftigen Produktanforderungen
  • Unterstützen bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Effizienz-, Produkt- und KI-Projekten

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Innovationsmanagements, der Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im digitalen und agilen Projekt-Umfeld
  • Grundkenntnisse in agilen Methoden, sowie im Umgang mit Office 365 Produkten, Projektmanagement- und CRM-Systemen
  • Technische Affinität und Interesse an Themen wie Daten, KI und Automatisierung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
