Für den Raum Kiel & Hamburg suchen wir ab sofort einen erfahrenen und motivierten Area Manager / Gebietsleiter (m/w/d), der mit Leidenschaft, Professionalität und Gastfreundlichkeit überzeugt.

Deine Mission – Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung: Du steuerst die Performance mehrerer 60 seconds to Napoli Restaurants in deinem Gebiet und sorgst für nachhaltigen Erfolg.

  • Talentmanagement: Du erkennst Potenziale in unseren Teams und entwickelst die Talente von morgen.

  • Qualitätssicherung: Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen und Routinen anhand moderner Management-Tools wie e2n und Marketman.

  • Planung und Analyse: Du erstellst fundierte Umsatz-, Kosten- und Betriebsanalysen und sicherst damit eine optimale betriebliche Planung.

  • Unternehmenskultur stärken: Du baust eine motivierende, teamorientierte Unternehmenskultur auf und lebst sie vor.

  • Kommunikation: Du stehst in direktem Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung und der operativen Leitung, um die Unternehmensziele gemeinsam zu erreichen.

  • Operative Unterstützung: Du packst mit an, wenn es darauf ankommt, und lebst den Teamgeist vor.

Dein Profil – Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, davon mindestens 1 Jahr in einer Führungsposition.

  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du hast einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn und ein Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

  • Struktur und Selbstständigkeit: Deine Arbeitsweise ist organisiert, lösungsorientiert und effizient.

  • Talentförderung: Du erkennst Entwicklungspotenziale in Teams und förderst sie gezielt.
