In Deiner Rolle als Subject Owner Ariba übernimmst Du die fachliche Verantwortung für das SAP Ariba Modul in unserem Unternehmen. Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse unserer Kunden und bringst dabei Deine Expertise gezielt ein. Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um Ariba koordinierst Du interne und externe Stakeholder und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme und Prozesse zukunftsfähig bleiben.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP Ariba oder vergleichbarer Beschaffungssysteme.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse sowie Erfahrung in der Optimierung dieser Prozesse.
  • Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Procurement-Bereich.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sowohl mit Fachbereichen als auch mit IT-Teams effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und neue Technologien zu erlernen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Ariba-Lösungen (z. B. Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Einkaufsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Procurement Digitalization.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Einkauf und externen Dienstleistern.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen.
