Standort: Viersen oder Lichtenwald (NRW) — Einsatz vor Ort je nach Projekt/Commission.

Reisebereitschaft: ca. 30 % national & international.

​​​​​​​Muxon ist eine kleine, global tätige Recruiting-Agentur und führt diese Suche im Auftrag unseres Partners, eines etablierten und dynamisch wachsenden deutschen Maschinenbau- und Automatisierungsunternehmens mit langjähriger Erfahrung in SPS-Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme, durch.

​​​​​​​Aufgaben

  • Erarbeitung von Steuerungs- und Regelungskonzepten für anspruchsvolle Maschinen und Anlagen

  • Entwicklung und Programmierung von Maschinen- und Anlagensteuerungen mit Schwerpunkt Antriebstechnik

  • Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungs- und Antriebssystemen beim Kunden (national & international)

  • Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbehebung vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung

  • Umsetzung sicherheitsrelevanter Funktionen innerhalb von Steuerungs- und Antriebssystemen

  • Technische Betreuung der Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitern und Kunden

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Automatisierungs- oder Elektrotechnik bzw. gleichwertige Technikerqualifikation

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungs-/SPS-Programmierung

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Siemens SIMATIC Step7 (TIA Portal & Classic)

  • Erfahrung mit SINAMICS-Antriebssystemen (z. B. S120/S210/G120) und in der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsfunktionen

  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30 % (national & international) sowie gültiger Führerschein

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1, Englisch B2

  • Teamorientierung, hohe Motivation und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit

  • Nice to have: Kenntnisse mit Allen-Bradley-, Bosch Rexroth- oder Beckhoff-SPS sowie Erfahrung im Remote-Support
