Aufgaben

Als Western Union Agent arbeiten Sie aktiv im direkten Kundenkontakt bearbeiten deren Anfragen.

Ihre Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Abwicklung von Geldsendungen und -empfängen.

Dies umfasst die sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Transaktionen, die Prüfung und Eingabe von Ausweisdokumenten sowie die Unterstützung von Kunden bei eventuellen Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Zahlungen und Rückerstattungen.

Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend für die reibungslose Abwicklung der Transaktionen unserer geschätzten Kunden.

Qualifikation
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • (Zusätzliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber nicht verpflichtend)
  • Pflichtbewusstsein
