Client Advisor im Privat Banking
bist du der
zentrale Ansprechpartner
für
deine Kundinnen und Kunden
und begleitest sie in
allen finanziellen Fragen
– von Vermögen und Vorsorge bis hin zu Finanzierung und Liquidität.

In dieser
unbefristeten Position in Voll- oder Teilzeit
gestaltest du aktiv die moderne Kundenberatung mit und trägst zur langfristigen Betreuung und Entwicklung eines anspruchsvollen Kundenstamms bei.

DEINE neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für Kundinnen und Kunden bei allen Fragen zu Vermögen, Vorsorge, Finanzierung und Liquidität – inklusive der speziellen finanziellen Fragestellungen akademischer Heilberufler – und begleitest sie über alle Lebensphasen hinweg.
  • Du führst umfassende Kundenberatungen durch, inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung, Bestandsbearbeitung, Aktivierung bestehender Kunden und Gewinnung neuer Kunden.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Beratungscenters mit.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Spezialisten betreust du komplexes Kreditgeschäft und die regulatorische Anlageberatung.
  • Du baust langfristig einen eigenen Kundenstamm akademischer Heilberufler auf und entwickelst diesen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Erreichen ambitionierter Wachstumsziele innerhalb deines Segments.

Das zeichnet DICH aus:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Bankkauffrau oder Bankkaufmann erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder anderweitig die erforderlichen Sachkunden nach
  • 1 WpHGMaAnzV erworben.
  • Du überzeugst mit Beratungskompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Akquise-Erfahrung und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung.
  • Du bringst Affinität für digitale Medien mit und hast Freude an moderner Kundenberatung per Telefon, Video und digitaler Plattformen.
  • Du interessierst dich für das Gesundheitswesen und möchtest dich in der Beratung akademischer Heilberufler fachlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
