Your role at a glance

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems and components such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building-related tasks.

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues. Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.

Als FM Specialist (mwd) ist Dein Aufgabengebiet an unserem eigenen Standort in Rüsselsheim am Main ( Karl-Landsteiner-Ring 4, 65428 Rüsselsheim am Main ). Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei in der selbstständigen, administrativen Tätigkeit und in der Koordination / Steuerung unserer Nachunternehmer, sowie in der Durchführung von Reparaturen.

Was Du machen wirst

  • Verantwortung für das Gebäudeinventar, einschließlich Türen und Tore, Fenster, Schließanlagen, Sanitärbereich, Mobiliar und sonstigen Raumausstattungen, Betriebsmittel (u.a. Hebebühnen, Aufzüge), Fuhrpark, Außenflächen, Verkehrs- und Gehwege sowie Parkplätze
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Wartung und Instandsetzung
  • Organisation, Prüfung und Auswertung von Wartungs- und Prüfprotollen
  • Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen zur Mängelbeseitigung
  • Steuerung interner Mitarbeiter und externer Dienstleistungsunternehmen zur fachgerechten Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung interner Umzugsprozesse
  • Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Lagerflächenmanagement
  • Koordination und Überwachung des Winterdienstes
  • Planung und Koordination von Reinigungszyklen mit dem Nachunternehmer
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektionsrundgänge zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Instandhaltungs- und Sicherheitsbedarfen
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungstätigkeiten
  • Steuerung, Abstimmung und Leistungsüberwachung externer Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Erstellung Berichte und Dokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung, Überwachung im Facility Management
  • Projektmanagement im Facility Management
  • Gewährleistungsverfolgung
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Kontrolle und Einhaltung der Brand- und Arbeitsschutzvorgaben
  • Selbständige Nutzung und Pflege digitaler Systeme und EDV-Datenbanken (Saleforce, MCIM)
  • Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Audits im Fachbereich
  • Durchführung von Drillszenarien (z.B. Evakuierungsübung)

Was wir suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technisch anerkannten Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Facility Management wünschenswert
  • Organisations- und Planungstalent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC (MS-Office)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
