Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerliche Berichterstattung, Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Bearbeitung von Steueranfragen in Deutschland und den Niederlanden
  • Steuerberechnung, Zahlung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Stärkung des Kontrollumfelds und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Audits
  • Prozessoptimierung und Unterstützung bei User Acceptance Tests (UAT) bei steuerlichen Systemänderungen
  • Verbesserung und Bereitstellung regelmäßiger sowie Ad-hoc-Gruppenberichte für Steuerbehörden und die Konzernsteuerabteilung
  • Implementierung von IKS und Tax Compliance gemäß Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Finanzen, Operations und Risk
  • Weiterentwicklung von Daten- und Risikomanagement-Initiativen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium im Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Steuerwesen, idealerweise im Bankensektor oder bei den Big4
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in direkten und indirekten Steuern
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
