What you will learn with us

• You will undergo basic training with us in the field of metalworking.
• You will learn how to operate and set up lathes, cutting machines and grinders during your apprenticeship.
• You will manufacture components and assemblies.
• You will learn how to use CNC programming and control technology.
• You will quickly become familiar with the use of measuring equipment and test procedures as part of quality assurance measures.
• During your apprenticeship, you will work on project tasks to encourage you to act independently.

Your profile

• You enjoy working with your hands.
• You are focused, structured and meticulous when it comes to complex tasks.
• You have a high level of commitment and quality awareness.
• You have a quick grasp of technical issues.
• You have an intermediate level of education or higher.

Onboarding & flight altitude

You will start your vocational training together with all the other apprentices on your first day. As a new member of the team, you will always have the apprentices from the other year groups around you, who will be happy to help you with both company and school-related questions. You will be supported with an induction plan in every new department and never left alone. You will have a fixed contact person in all departments and the schedule is clearly defined in advance.
