Your Mission.

d.
You will build the
lead machine
that supplies our international sales team with qualified opportunities. From the first touchpoint to the sales qualified lead (SQL), you will design the entire demand funnel and turn our brand awareness into real revenue growth.

You will develop
multi-market GTM playbooks
for different regions (UK, Spain, USA) and build the nurturing engine that systematically qualifies leads.

Reporting directly to the founders
– you are close to strategic decisions and see the direct impact of your work.

Build and scale demand generation

  • Paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO/SEA, content-to-demand, AI-supported outbound
  • Optimize landing pages, run conversion tests, set up retargeting campaigns
  • Develop nurturing engines and lead magnets that systematically qualify leads
  • Deliver measurable pipeline contributions (MQL → SQL → Opportunities)

Drive experiments & learn

  • Hypothesis-driven testing: new channels, messaging, audiences
  • Document A/B tests and share learnings with the team
  • Identify and automate growth loops

Advancing tooling and automation

  • Further develop CRM stack and build automations
  • Integrate AI tools for lead generation and outreach (Lemlist, Apollo, Clay & Co.)
  • Lead-Scoring-Modelle entwickeln

Ensure sales alignment

  • Work closely with SDRs and AEs: Define target accounts, build sequences
  • Establish feedback loops between marketing, growth, and sales
  • Align KPIs – pipeline instead of just leads

Your Background.

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing (ideally B2B SaaS or tech)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEA
  • Ideally, initial experience with AI-supported tools (Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and KPI focus (MQL, SQL, CAC, pipeline coverage)
  • Very good German and English skills (we work internationally)
  • No "we've always done it this way" – instead, "let's test it out."
