Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der weiteren Expansion und Marktpenetration in den Bereichen, die sowohl nachhaltige Mobilität als auch die kontinuierliche Anpassung an die Anforderungen der Elektromobilität unterstützen. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

Senior Executive Vice President Product Segment (m/w/d)

Der Positionsinhaber übernimmt die Verantwortung für ein global bedeutendes Produktsegment und gestaltet sowohl die weitere Geschäftsentwicklung als auch die strategische Ausrichtung dieses Bereiches.

Der SEVP trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Profitabilität eines globalen Produktsegments im Automobilzulieferumfeld. Er übersetzt die Unternehmensstrategie in operative Maßnahmen, verantwortet Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele und treibt die internationale Expansion – insbesondere in Nordamerika, Asien und Europa – voran. Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs- und Kundenstrukturen sowie der nachhaltigen Steigerung von Profitabilität und Effizienz.

Zu den Kernaufgaben zählen Strategieentwicklung, P&L-Steuerung, Business Planning, Key-Account-Management mit OEMs und Tier-1s, Organisationsentwicklung sowie das Management zentraler Stakeholder auf C-Level.

Profil:

Gesucht wird eine international erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit aus dem Automobilzuliefersektor mit nachweisbarer P&L-Verantwortung, starker Vertriebsorientierung und Erfahrung in Transformation, Reorganisation und Effizienzsteigerung.

Erwartete Qualifikationen:

  • Langjährige Führungserfahrung im Automotive-Bereich mit globaler P&L-Verantwortung
  • Erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Wachstums- und Transformationsstrategien
  • Tiefe Erfahrung im Umgang mit OEMs und Tier-1-Kunden
  • Kenntnisse industrieller Fertigungsprozesse und Produktstrukturen
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Führung internationaler Teams
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL); MBA von Vorteil
