To continue our success story, we are now looking for you to join our team as our new IT System Administrator (f/m/x).

Your mission includes:


• Act as a first point of contact for all IT related tasks

• Configure new computer hardware and software / perform upgrades and
configuration of desktop, related peripherals and network components

• Maintain company's IT infrastructure

• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions

• Manage the hardware and software asset inventory

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues

• Document procedures and maintain the existing documentation

Your Toolkit:


• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Cisco, Sophos

• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge (Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi)

• Minimum 2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and
repairing computer hardware and software on PCs, servers and related
equipment

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence, flexibility and
ability to work under pressure

• This role requires you to be in our Frankfurt am Main office at least 4 days per week. Living close to the office is a plus
