A/B Testing Specialist

Your role

In this role, you'll combine your skills as a Conversion Analyst with those of a Project Manager for our A/B testing program. You'll co-shape and manage the roadmap for our multi-domain A/B testing program and co-drive its continuous improvement with our Head of CRO. This includes working closely with UX designers and developers to create an efficient and effective testing process that generates measurable business impact.

In addition, you will use your expertise in heuristic analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive impact on user experience and conversion funnel improvement projects.

Your profile

At least 3 years of in-depth experience with A/B testing and CRODemonstrated success managing an A/B testing roadmap and collaborating with UX designers and developersStrong skills in CRO research methods (quantitative and qualitative) and heuristic analysisSolid practical understanding of relevant statistical methods, such as Bayes, CUPED, Multi-armed Bandits, etc.High interest in behavioral economics and consumer psychology and how to apply them in CROAn understanding of the technical fundamentals of websites and how they correlate with the effort required for A/B testing developmentYou are mindful when it comes to establishing a test-and-learn culture as a data-driven approach to decision-makingStrong written and oral communication skills in English and German (ideally C1 level)
