Stellenbeschreibung

  • Leitung und Entwicklung des Teams sowie Steuerung von Fremddienstleistern im Bereich Field Services Certification
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Effizienzmaßnahmen
  • Ressourcenplanung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führung, Business Development und Auditorenmanagement
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung inklusive Zielerreichung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung von Zertifizierungsstelle, Customer Service und Sales sowie Betreuung des Witness Programms

Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Auditerfahrung und idealerweise Lead-Auditor-Zulassung (z. B. ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001 etc.)
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in Energie-/Umweltmanagement, Nachhaltigkeit, Informations- oder Arbeitssicherheit
  • kaufmännisches Verständnis und erste Führungserfahrung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2), gute MS-Office- und IT-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B und hohe Reisebereitschaft
