• Du unterstützt die Keyuser und Endanwender in der Finanz- und Controllingabteilung bei der Verbesserung der täglichen Abläufe und trägst mit Deinem breiten IT-Wissen dazu bei, dass die IT-Tools von den Anwendern effizient angewendet werden.

• Falls möglich, nimmst Du kleinere Programmanpassungen oder Customizingänderungen im SAP selber vor oder setzt diese mit Hilfe externer Unterstützung um.

  • FI-Schnittstellen zu anderen ERP-Systemen

• Außerdem ist Dein Können als IT-Verantwortlicher in Projekten gefragt, z.B. beim S/4 HANA Projekt, der Umsetzung der Konzernvorgaben zu FI + CO Reporting, Schnittstellen zum FI, Einführung weiterer Zahlungsmethoden im Webshop, Verbesserung des digitalen Rechnungseingangs, …

Main Accountabilities
Interface with the customer for requirement gathering and product evolutions.
Qualify the requirements with all stakeholders (product team & client).
Produce statements of work and functional documentation on product evolutions
Configure the solution / product
Deploy the solution in a particular location
Provide corrective L3 incident support and adaptive maintenance (management of product upgrades/patches).

Differentiating Criteria
Experience : 5-7 years (Junior profile)
Interlocution level : Mainly Local (GBU/ Cluster)
Communication skills : Ability to present in front of key users, demo, product committees
Functional Knowledge (acquisition ongoing) for solution/product domain / industry
Technical Career Leader Local 1 or potential Technical Career Leader 1
