Now we're scaling the DTC engine behind the movement — and that's where you come in.The RoleWe're looking for anE-Commerce Managerwho lives and breathes DTC.Someone who can turn cultural momentum into measurable growth.You'll own theShopify store, data, conversion, and customer journey— building the operational engine that lets HOT BOYS CRY scale from hundreds to thousands of monthly orders.You'll work directly withAlex Nicolaus (Founder & Chief Crying Officer)and our brand team to bridge the worlds of performance, product, and community.What You'll DoE-Com PerformanceManage and optimize our Shopify store end-to-end (UX, product pages, navigation, CRO).Build and test bundles, upsells, and pre-order systems that increase AOV and conversion.Maintain healthy tracking & analytics setup (GA4, Meta/TikTok Pixels, Klaviyo).Run A/B tests on landing pages and checkout flows — continuously improve CVR.Growth & DataBuild the HBC growth dashboard (CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, repeat rate, etc.).Translate data into actionable decisions for marketing, product, and ops.Coordinate with our performance agency to align ads, landing pages, and funnels.CRM & RetentionSupport the email + WhatsApp lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, reactivation).Help grow retention revenue to 15 % + of total sales.OperationsCoordinate pre-orders, restocks, and logistics with our fulfillment partner.Maintain product accuracy and minimize return rate.Cross-FunctionalWork hand-in-hand with the creative & community team so campaigns convert and feel on-brand.What We're Looking For2 – 5 years experience in Shopify-based DTC (fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle).Strong grasp of conversion, data, and operations — you love dashboards as much as design.Knows Meta Ads / TikTok / Klaviyo / GA4 inside out.Fluent in English (German a plus).Ideally Berlin-based for events & warehouse visits.You care about culture, mental health, and real human stories.Your First-6-Month GoalsLift AOV from €60 → €80 +Achieve CVR > 3.5 % on ShopifyKeep CAC ≤ €40 / MER ≥ 3× with agency15 % + of revenue from CRM + WhatsAppImprove fulfillment accuracy + reduce returns by 10 %What We OfferA seat at the table of one of Europe's most exciting culture brands.Real ownership: you'll shape systems, not just execute tasks.Flexible setup (Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time).Competitive pay + option for ESOP participation (0.3 – 0.7 %).Creative freedom, emotional purpose, and a founder who leads with honesty.How to ApplySend a short note + your experience or portfolio to
