As (Junior) FP&A Analyst / Controller (m/w/d), you play a key role in steering our company's financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Embedded in a collaborative Controlling team and reporting to the Head of FP&A, you act as the financial counterpart for selected business functions. With your analytical mindset and strong data skills, you ensure transparency across our financials, drive process improvements, and help shape a data-driven performance culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, taking ownership, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-evolving business environment.

• Business partnering: You act as key partner to the head of functions with regards to tracking the financial performance

• Financial reporting: You control accuracy of financials within your area (closely working together with accounting department) and provide explanation on variances versus plan

• Data management and dashboards: You design and maintain data flows between systems. You also take part in creation and maintenance of dashboards using BI tools

• Process improvements: You take part in system implementations and generate ideas how to continuously improve current processes

• Cross-functional projects: You take part in cross-functional projects as a representative of the FP&A department

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years in Controlling and/or FP&A roles, preferably in an international environment

• Technical Skills: Strong command of SAP, Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI); experience with Tagetik is an advantage

• Financial Expertise: Sound understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Digital Mindset: Interest in AI, automation, and process optimization

• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus

• Reliable: You act as a trusted point of contact for your stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met on time

• Detail-Oriented: You work precisely and value data accuracy

• Proactive: You identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive change

• Collaborative: You communicate transparently and foster cross-functional teamwork

• Solution-Oriented: You focus on achieving results and contribute to continuous improvement
