Deine Rolle
Als Game Designer*in übernimmst du die kreative Leitung eines neuen Projekts im Fantasy-Setting. Du entwickelst das Konzept, definierst die Kernmechaniken und begleitest das Spiel von der Idee bis zum Release – gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team, das Spaß an der Arbeit hat.
Deine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung des Konzepts für ein neues Fantasy-Spiel
- Erstellung und Pflege des Game Design Documents (GDD)
- Konzeption, Balancing und Dokumentation der Spielmechaniken
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Art, Programmierung und Produktion bei der Umsetzung
Was du mitbringst
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Game Designer*in
- Mindestens zwei veröffentlichte Spiele, idealerweise im Bereich PC oder Konsole
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse zur Abstimmung mit internationalem Partner*innen
- Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Leipzig zu arbeiten (kein Remote-Job)
- Leidenschaft für Games und den Drang, etwas Eigenes zu gestalten
