The Opportunity:

We are proactively building a talent pool of experienced Medical Billers for upcoming roles within our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams. If you have billing experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Telehealth, Behavioral Health, or Dialysis, we'd love to stay connected for future opportunities.

As a Medical Biller, you will be responsible for efficient payment posting, cash applications, batching, and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial records and smooth revenue flow.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage batching of payments and claims data for daily processing.
• Accurately post payments from insurance payors and patients, including electronic remittance advice (ERAs) and manual EOBs.
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure all financial transactions are recorded and balanced.
• Validate and match daily deposits against billing system entries.
• Support accurate cash application and allocation of funds to appropriate accounts.
• Track unapplied payments and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance requirements (HIPAA, payor-specific rules, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (AR, billing operations, finance) to ensure smooth workflow and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with basic claim status checks when needed (minimal denial follow-ups).

Qualifications:

• 1– years of experience as a Medical Biller in US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong knowledge of payment posting workflows, ERAs/EOBs, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with billing/EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare, Way Star, Well Sky, etc.).
• Good analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

Philippines Time – Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
