Als Physiotherapeut:in arbeiten Sie im Team vor Ort an einem neuen Standort in Deutschland, um die Vitalität und körperliche Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden bei Boehringer zu fördern.

Zur Position

Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu Kund:innen aufzubauen und deren Bedürfnisse zu erkennen

Für die Mitarbeitenden unserer Unternehmenskunden leicht erreichbar und flexibel verfügbar sein

Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzuntersuchungen, Wiedereingliederungsprozessen und Ergonomie-Schulungen

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Präsentation von Verbesserungsvorschlägen an das Management

Erkennen häufiger physischer oder psychosozialer Probleme und Beratung sowie präventive Behandlung anbieten

Ihr Profil

Gültige Qualifikation in Physiotherapie oder Sporttherapie

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Fundiertes physiotherapeutisches Wissen und Fähigkeiten; Erfahrung in betrieblicher Physiotherapie von Vorteil

Fähigkeit, selbstständig vor Ort zu arbeiten

Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kund:innen und Stakeholdern sowie die Fähigkeit, Beschwerden und Verbesserungsvorschläge eigenständig zu äußern

As a Physiotherapist, you will work within the on-site team at a new site in Germany, to promote the vitality and physical health of employees at Boehringer.

About the position

• Ability to grow relationships with clients, focus their requirements and needs.
• Be easily accessible and available to the corporate employees of our clients, working flexibly around their working needs.
• Supervise workplace examinations, physical reintegration processes and ergonomics training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, presenting improvement ideas to management.
• Be able to recognise common physical or psychosocial problems and give advice and preventative treatments.

About you

• Valid Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy qualifications.
• Proficiency in German and English, verbal and written.
• Established physiotherapeutic knowledge and skills. Knowledge of corporate based physiotherapy would be beneficial.
• Able to work independently on site.
• Be able to communicate with clients and key stakeholders, with the confidence to raise complaints and improvements on your own initiative.
