Willkommen in der bunten Welt der HARIBO-Produktenwticklung, in der Sie als Experte unser Technikum in Grafschaft betreuen und dabei mit Leidenschaft und kindlicher Freude in der Entwicklung unserer neuen und innovativen Produkte im Bereich Fruchtgummi, Lakritz, Dragees und Kaubonbons unterstützen.
Unser Mix, der Sie erwartet:- Mit dem Blick fürs Wesentliche verantworten Sie die Organisation und Koordination aller Abläufe im Versuchstechnikum Grafschaft
- Sie führen eigenständig und unter Anleitung Applikationsversuche im Handmustermassstab durch - von der Rohstoffbeschaffung über den Herstellprozess bis hin zur Verpackung/ Kennzeichnung der Muster
- Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Lagertests und sensorischen Bewertungen zur Sicherung der Produktqualität
- Ihr hoher Qualitätsanspruch sorgt auch bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Herstellprozessen für das richtige Ergebnis
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Konzepte für die Reinigung des Technikums, der Lagerhaltung, der Entsorgung sowie Arbeitssicherheit im Technikum
- Ihre abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lebensmitteltechniker/in, Fachkraft für Süßwarentechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich der Lebensmitteltechnologie/ Verfahrenstechnik
- Erste Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie mit dem Schwerpunkt Süßwaren, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Anwendungstechnik oder Produktentwicklung
- Fachwissen und praktische Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Lebensmitteln im Technikumsmassstab, idealerweise im Bereich Zuckerwaren, gepaart mit technischem Verständnis von Produktionsprozessen und Scale-Up Fähigkeiten
- Gute Rohstoffkenntnisse, speziell im Bereich der Gelier- und Verdickungsmittel sowie Zucker- und Zuckerwaren als auch Kenntnisse bzgl. der wichtigsten Inhalte der GFSI Standards (FSSC ISO 22.000, IFS, BRC)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder ähnlichen ERP-Systemen sowie MS-Office und gute Englischkenntnisse runden all das ab
