Mit über 6.000 Projekten in den Branchen Messe, Events, Visuals Merchandising/POS, TV-Produktionen und Museen zählt das 15-köpfige Team zu den Know-How-Führern der Branche. Die visuals united AG versteht sich als Marketing- und Designunternehmen, spezialisiert auf Böden. Seit 2020 ist die visuals united AG eine eigenständige Tochterfirma der W. & L. Jordan GmbH, dem Marktführer für Vinylböden in Zentraleuropa.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Köln suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen

General Manager / Geschäftsführer (m/w/d)

FOTOBODEN ist Europas führender Anbieter für individuell bedruckte Vinylböden im Großformat. Mit moderner Digitaldrucktechnologie produzieren wir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Messen, Events, Verkaufsflächen, Museen und viele weitere Einsatzbereiche. Kreativität, Präzision und Qualität stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt – und dafür brauchen wir Verstärkung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das operative Geschäft des Standortes
  • Fachliche und Disziplinarische Führung des Teams von XX Mitarbeitenden
  • Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Begleitung individueller Karrierepfade
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Ressourcen
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und nachhaltiges Wachstum am Standort
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrale in Kassel und anderen Standorten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau der visuals united
  • Entwicklung von Online Marketing Strategien

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in leitender Position, (idealerweise im Bereich XX)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
  • Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
