Role Overview

As a Senior Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving paid delegate attendance across Ardensi's portfolio of international B2B summits. Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Delegate Sales Manager and Head of Sales, you will engage senior-level executives, including VPs, Directors, and Heads of Department, to communicate event value, secure bookings, and contribute directly to the commercial success of our conferences. This role suits a motivated and ambitious professional with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for connecting business leaders through world-class events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate delegate sales revenue in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, selling to senior decision-makers (VP/CXO/Director level) across multiple industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead research, outreach (calls, LinkedIn, and email), qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure, to post-event engagement.
  • Conduct a high volume of targeted outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) daily to achieve KPIs.
  • Work closely with the production and marketing teams to understand event agendas, key value propositions, and audience profiles.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of all pipeline activities, forecasts, and client communications.
  • Report weekly on sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
  • Attend selected events to support delegate engagement, strengthen client relationships, and identify future business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to continuously improve sales strategy, conversion, and delegate experience.
  • Be adaptable to working across different time zones for international client communication.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B delegate or tele-sales experience, ideally within conferences, events, or corporate training.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outbound-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with senior-level professionals.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and ability to articulate event value propositions clearly.
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and time management.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in handling objections and closing sales through structured conversations.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German or additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot, or equivalent).
