Freelance | Contract Staffing | €100/day | 6 events per year (Thu & Fri)

We are looking for a reliable and service-minded Event Host to support our professional leadership programs at Bossert Integrated Academy (BIA). The role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with people and international environments – but applications from non-students are also welcome.

*Your role*

You will be the welcoming face of our events and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our participants during welcome at 8:30-9.00, good bye at 18:00-18:30 and during coffee breaks (10:30 and 15:30, 30 min each) and lunch break (12:30-13:30)

  • Welcome and assist participants on arrival and if all logistical issue
  • Support trainers and ensure smooth flow of event: replace flipchart papers and photos, help with beamer or print outs
  • Prepare rooms and materials
  • Lay out food and dishes for lunch and coffee breaks
  • Filling and emptying dish washer, refreshing rooms, hoovering robot
  • Run errants from time to time
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Create a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • Changing linens for trainers if interim change of trainer happens

You **MUST** be available on all the given dates:

  • 29 January – 1 February 2026 (Thu–Sun)
  • 5 – 8 February 2026 (Thu–Sun)
  • 24 April 2026 (Friday)
  • 7 – 10 May 2026 (Thu–Sun)
  • 11 – 14 June 2026 (Thu–Sun)
  • 3 – 6 September 2026 (Thu–Sun)
  • Early October 2026 (exact dates to follow)

  • Student preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus, not mandatory)
