Head of Group Applications (m/w/d) - Globales Technologieunternehmen

Als global aufgestelltes Technologieunternehmen produziert und vertreibt unser Klient Komponenten sowie Systemlösungen für industrielle Kunden. Dabei ist er mit ca. 60 Standorten auf allen wirtschaftlich relevanten Kontinenten vertreten. Seine breit aufgestellten Kundengruppen kommen u. a. aus den Bereichen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Mess- und Regeltechnik, Medizintechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik sowie alternative Energien. Wichtige Produktionsstandorte und Entwicklungszentren befinden sich in Deutschland, Ungarn, Tunesien, Indien und China. Diese werden durch ein globales Vertriebsnetz ergänzt. Die Nähe zu den Kunden sichert eine hohe Kundenbindung und ermöglicht es, das Produkt- und Service-Portfolio weltweit in konstant höchster Qualität anzubieten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Globaler Verantwortungsbereich | Dezentrale Gruppenstruktur | Hoher Gestaltungsspielraum

  • Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Group Application Teams
  • Modernisierung und fokussierte Integration der Applikationslandschaft (ERP, CRM, MES, PLM etc.)
  • Unterstützung des SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Rollout Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gruppengesellschaften
  • Verantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft ERP- und CRM Cloud Installationen der Vertriebsgesellschaften

Ihr Profil

Umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit internationalen Teams im Bereich von IT-Applikationen

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bei der Einführung und dem Betrieb von ERP- und CRM Systemen mit dem Schwerpunkt SAP
  • Hohe emotionale Intelligenz in Verbindung mit Beratungskompetenz und ausgeprägter Interaktionsfähigkeit
  • Mehrere Jahre leitende Erfahrung mit internationalen Teams im Bereich IT-Applications
