Unser Kunde ist ein internationales Unternehmen im Bereich "Ersatzteile für Landmaschinen", welches unter den Top 10 weltweit gelistet ist und seit ca. 1960 mit Tochterunternehmen in Europa, Südafrika & Australien erfolgreich am Markt agiert. Das interne Netzwerk verfügt über ca. 200 Vertriebshändler weltweit.
Für die Region DACH wird nun ein dynamischer GENERAL SALES MANAGER(m/f/d) gesucht, der / die das Team der Sales Representatives leitet, inspiriert und hands-on in ganz Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz unterstützt.
Das Office ist in Mitteldeutschland(Region Soest / Hannover) angesiedelt, wobei man zu ca. 30-50% in Deutschland in dieser Rolle bei seinem Team & Kunden unterwegs ist.
Qualifikationen:
  • AGRI-Expert mit guten Marktkenntnissen, auch über den Wettbewerb
  • Erfahrung in Sales & Team Leadership mit KPI's, sowie neusten, digitalen Sales Tools
  • Zielorientiert
  • Flexibles Arbeiten & Hands-On Mentalität
  • Große Reisebereitschaft in Deutschland
  • Teamplayer in einem Team mit unterschiedlichen Altersstrukturen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Deutschland & internationalem Headquarter

Vergütung: Für diese Position ist ein marktkonformes Bruttojahresgehalt, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab € zzgl.15% Bonus vorgesehen, mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Außerdem Handy, Laptop und Mittelklassewagen gemäß der firmeninternen Car-Policy.
