Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Unternehmen – strategisch, lösungsorientiert und immer mit einem offenen Ohr.
  • Du entwickelst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen, erkennst Potenziale und begleitest sie von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.
  • Gemeinsam mit IT, Projekt- und Servicemanagement formst du passgenaue IT-Strategien, die echte Mehrwerte schaffen.
  • Du erkennst Cross- & Upselling-Möglichkeiten mit echtem Nutzenverständnis und baust Neu- und Bestandskunden systematisch aus.
  • Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand, wenn es um Kundenzufriedenheit, Reporting und kontinuierliche Verbesserung geht.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Relationship Management, Account Management oder Customer Success im IT-Umfeld.
  • Du sprichst sowohl die Sprache der IT-Technik als auch die der Geschäftsleitung.
  • Leidenschaft für Menschen, IT und strategische Entwicklung.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch und ein Gespür für klare, wertschätzende Kommunikation.
  • Proaktives Denken, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
