System & Process Developer

Als System- und Prozessentwickler in unserer beiden Läger sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, Innovation und Effizienz voranzutreiben, indem Sie Systeme und Prozesse analysieren, und optimieren. Ihre Rolle konzentriert sich auf die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen, die Implementierung effektiver Lösungen und die Gewährleistung einer nahtlosen Systemintegration zur Verbesserung des Gesamtbetriebs. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lagerprozesse, der Aufrechterhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsstandards und der Gewährleistung einer außergewöhnlichen Servicebereitstellung für unsere Kunden.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten, Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

• Analyse und Vergleich von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bestehender Systeme

• Beratung von Kunden beim Einrichten von Schnittstellen und Systemen

• Planung und Durchführung von Systemoptimierungen

• Erweiterung und Implementierung von Systemlösungen

• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Projektdurchführung

• Training von Mitarbeitern in den bestehenden Systemen

Wen wir suchen:

• Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrungen in WMS-, ERP-Systemen und Prozessen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, z. B. als KeyUser

• Kunden- und qualitätsorientierte Denkweise

• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Teamorientierte Denkweise

• Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

As System and Process Developer in our two warehouses, you will be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency by analyzing and optimizing systems and processes. Your role will focus on identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions and ensuring seamless system integration to improve overall operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in continuously improving warehouse processes, maintaining high quality and productivity standards and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Main responsibilities, tasks and activities:

• Analysis and comparison of development options for existing systems

• Advice to customers on setting up interfaces and systems

• Planning and implementation of system optimizations

• Expansion and implementation of system solutions

• Active support in project implementation

• Training of employees in the existing systems

Who we are looking for:

• Ideally a degree in industrial engineering or comparable

• Experience in WMS, ERP systems and processes

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g. as a key user

• Customer and quality-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong sense of responsibility

• Team-oriented mindset

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English and German
