IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
As Compliance Manager at Envalior, you will play a key role in further developing and implementing our global Compliance Management System. Collaborating closely with internal departments and international teams, you will contribute to strengthening compliance standards and ethical business practices in our global business supported by 4,000 employees. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods to contribute to our values and mission.
You Will Make Key Contributions To Envalior
- Global CMS Development: Design and rollout robust CMS, ensuring compliance in Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Economic Sanctions, Export Control, Data Privacy, Antitrust, AML
- Tailored Solutions: Implement compliance solutions that fit regional legal requirements and seamlessly integrate across jurisdictions
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct assessments, collaborate with leadership to drive proactive mitigation strategies
- Corporate Investigations: Support investigations and manage the Speak-Up system
- Training & Awareness: Launch engaging programs to cultivate a global compliance culture
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop dashboards and metrics to evaluate CMS effectiveness and provide actionable insights
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with Legal, HR, IT, Finance, and Business to embed compliance into daily operations. Lead cross-departmental innovation projects
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in an international organization (ideally in the chemical production industry)
- Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing global compliance management systems
- Strong knowledge of risk management, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex issues
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German and additional language skills are a plus
