Deine Aufgaben
  • Als erfahrener Experte übernimmst du die technische Teilprojektleitung und berätst unsere Kunden fundiert zur strategischen Ausrichtung ihrer Windows Client Plattform
  • Du konzipierst, entwickelst und verantwortest moderne Windows 11 Umgebungen – von der Planung bis zum stabilen Betrieb
  • Du verwaltest und optimierst anspruchsvolle Client-Infrastrukturen auf Enterprise-Niveau mit Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager bzw. Endpoint Manager
  • Du analysierst kundenspezifische Anforderungen, schätzt Aufwände realistisch ein und arbeitest aktiv an Lösungskonzepten und Architekturentscheidungen mit
  • Mit Tools wie Nexthink steigerst du gezielt die Benutzererfahrung und Systemperformance
  • Du treibst die Automatisierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Systeme und Services kontinuierlich voran
  • Rollouts, Updates und die Pflege strukturierter technischer Dokumentationen gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich, wobei du deine Aufgaben zeitoptimiert durch die Nutzung von KI umsetzt
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kollegen und Kunden auf Fachebene und bringst dein Wissen in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams ein


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Optimierung von Windows Client Infrastrukturen mit Intune, SCCM/ Configuration Manager bzw. Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Windows Client Plattform (Windows 10/11) sowie fundiertes technisches Verständnis
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Nexthink/Digital Experience Management-Lösungen, Software-Paketierung sowie PowerShell-Scripting
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
