Die Jugendherberge Nürnberg in den Kaiserstallungen der Burg ist mit mehr als 350 Betten eine der größten und wirtschaftlich stärksten in Bayern. Zusammen mit deinem 50 köpfigen Team ermöglichst du hier unvergessliche Aufenthalte für Schulklassen, Tagungsgäste und Familien in modernen Räumen hinter historischen Mauern.

Die Mission:
  • Steigerung der Auslastung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Wirtschaftlichkeit zur Erfüllung unserer gemeinnützigen Ziele
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Mitarbeitenden- und Gästezufriedenheit
  • Wirtschafts- und Budgetplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Regiomanager
  • Analyse von Wirtschaftsergebnissen und Kennzahlen mit den Abteilungsleitungen und Ableitung sinnvoller Maßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den pädagogischen Mitarbeitenden zur Entwicklung neuer Programme und Konzepte
  • Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Service- und Seminarbetriebs
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung gesetzlicher und gesundheitlicher Vorgaben
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder relevantes Studium (z.B. Tourismusmanagement, Hotelbetriebswirt*in)
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Beherbergung, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Leitung eines vergleichbaren Hauses mit Führungsstärke und Fingerspitzengefühl
  • (regionale) Marktkenntnisse gepaart mit vertrieblichen Geschick
  • Organisationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Serviceorientierung mit Gespür für verschiedenste Gästegruppen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
