Um erfolgreich in dieser Position zu sein, sollten folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen vorhanden sein:

  • Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation wäre wünschenwert.
  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf JAMF, Unifi, und MS365 im Apple Umfeld sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in macOS.
  • Technisches Wissen: Du hast Erfahrung in der Konfiguration und Verwaltung von MS365 Umgebungen, Unifi Netzwerken und wünschenwerterweise Google Workspace im Apple Umfeld.
  • Projekterfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du bist in der Lage, technische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren und effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern zu interagieren.
  • Teamarbeit: Du bist ein Teamplayer, der sein Wissen gerne teilt und zur positiven Teamdynamik beiträgt.
  • Zertifizierungen: Relevante Zertifizierungen in den genannten Technologien sind von Vorteil.

Tätigkeiten
Als
*Junior IT-Support Techniker*
wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Team einnehmen und folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Support und Konfiguration: Du bist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung und Konfiguration von JAMF Pro Umgebungen, Unifi Netzwerken, MS365 und Google Workspace Instanzen im Apple Umfeld.
  • Kundenkontakt: Du stehst im direkten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden, um ihre IT-Anforderungen zu verstehen, Probleme zu lösen und Lösungen anzubieten.
  • Projektkoordination: Du koordinierst IT-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung, um sicherzustellen, dass sie reibungslos und erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden.
  • Mentoring: Als erfahrener Senior unterstützt du Kollegen im Junior-Segment, teilst Wissen und Erfahrungen und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen.
  • Ticketsystem: Du nutzt unser Ticketsystem, um Support-Anfragen zu verfolgen, zu priorisieren und zu lösen.
