Your Impact:
As a Senior Product Analyst in our Data & Document Services team, you will be pivotal in shaping our digital product landscape across Europe. You'll translate complex business needs into innovative solutions, driving data-informed decisions that enhance our products and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Translate intricate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development.
- Lead discovery initiatives and workshops, ensuring stakeholder alignment on product vision and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver robust digital solutions.
- Challenge existing assumptions and processes, proposing innovative improvements for product quality and team efficiency.
- Evaluate solution performance and track their effectiveness in solving customer problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst, with a strong focus on data-driven product development.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, adept at building consensus across diverse teams.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and Englisch is essential (C1 level or equivalent)
