Aufgaben
  • Meta-Kanalmanagement: Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Meta-Kanälen sowie persönliche Kundenbetreuung.
  • Trends erkennen: Analyse neuer Trends und Nutzung von Algorithmus-Änderungen zu deinem Vorteil.
  • Content-Strategie: Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Strategien für Meta-Kampagnen sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Redaktionsplänen.
  • Performance-Tracking: Überwachung und Analyse von Kampagnenergebnissen; Optimierung anhand relevanter KPIs.
  • Ads Management: Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Meta-Ads-Kampagnen.
  • Community Management: Aufbau und Pflege der Community durch gezielte Interaktion und Engagement.
  • Social Listening: Immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu den Interessen und Verhaltensweisen der Community.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Social Media Management, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Meta-Plattformen.
  • Du bist ein Social Media Native und nutzt Facebook und Instagram auch privat.
  • Vertrautheit mit Tools, Trends und Best Practices auf Meta-Plattformen.
  • Du denkst kreativ, hast ein Gespür für Zahlen und schaffst die perfekte Balance zwischen beiden.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent mit echter Teamplayer-Mentalität.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie der Meta Business Suite, Task-Management-Plattformen und AI-unterstützten Workflows.
  • Du bist motiviert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und suchst ein junges Team mit positiver Arbeitsatmosphäre.
