Buena kauft und digitalisiert Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland. Von unserem HQ in Berlin aus integrieren wir neue Portfoliounternehmen, bauen bundesweit starke Teams auf und etablieren moderne Prozesse, die den Standard der Hausverwaltung im Jahr 2025 setzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Recruiting-Teams suchen wir dich als Praktikantin. Im zentralen Buena People-Team arbeitest du direkt mit dem Leadership-Team und unserem COO zusammen und gestaltest so aktiv unser Wachstum mit.

Aufgaben
  • Du erhältst Verantwortung über einen unserer digitalen Recruiting Kanäle (Social Media, Job Plattformen, Events) und baust diesen eigenständig auf.
  • Du verwaltest monatlich 5-stellige Budgets.
  • Du unterstützt unser Recruiting-Team bei der Suche, Auswahl und Betreuung von Kandidaten für verschiedene Rollen innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Du entwickelst neue Stellen und testest Kanäle zur Talentakquise.
  • Du analysierst Bewerberdaten, bereitest Entscheidungen vor und stellst sicher, dass alle Prozessschritte reibungslos ablaufen.
  • Du entwickelst neue Ideen, wie wir noch effektiver die besten Talente für Buena gewinnen können.
Qualifikation
  • Extremes Level an Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit.
  • Sehr hohes Interesse an Menschen und digitalen Produkten.
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit in Teams.
  • Du arbeitest gerne 5 Tage die Woche im Office.
  • C2 Deutschkenntnisse.
