• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (und ggf. IFRS)
• Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung, einschließlich Abstimmung und Pflege aller relevanten Konten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Richtlinien und Fristen
• Erstellung von Berichten, Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen und Management-Reports
• Ansprechpartner*in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Stakeholder
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen, Kontrollen und Workflows
• Durchführung komplexer Buchungen (u. a. Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Intercompany-Abstimmungen)
• Unterstützung im Bereich Cashflow-Management und Liquiditätsplanung
• Mitarbeit in Projekten, z. B. Systemeinführungen, Prozessautomatisierung oder Compliance

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Accounting oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB, idealerweise zusätzlich IFRS-Know-how
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) und MS Excel
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Persönliche Kompetenzen
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit

• For this role, we have a salary band between €54500and €67400 gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
