Senior Agency Partnership Manager DACH

We are Adnami — a Danish AdTech scale-up that is changing the digital media landscape. Since 2019, we have been helping brands and agencies run campaigns that actually get noticed (we act with attention).

We are growing fast (well, really fast), and now we are looking for an Agency Partnership Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany - An ambitious and curious person who is ready to make a difference in the media industry. Is that you?

What you'll do (a.k.a. your superpowers)

  • Build and develop strong relationships with key agency partners — you'll be the person they trust and turn to.
  • Lead and grow strategic key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and impactful business results.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network within the DACH media landscape.
  • Keep clients happy, supported, and inspired to do more with us.
  • Work closely with our product, operations and marketing teams to create magic behind the scenes.
  • Become one of our in-house experts in high-impact advertising and programmatic.

What you'll bring:

  • Several years of experience in digital media or sales, ideally at an Agency, Publisher or Competitor (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and agency dynamics.
  • An active media network in Germany that you can activate to drive both growth and new business.
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbally), with negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Speak and write German and English fluently.
  • Great skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Willing to travel regularly to e.g. Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich for in person meetings with agencies, and happy to engage in industry and evening events.
  • Reside in Hamburg.
