Du bringst Markenwelten zum Leben – klar, ästhetisch und zielgruppenorientiert. Mit deinem gestalterischen Gespür für Bild, Typografie, Layout, Farben und Komposition entwickelst du visuelle Konzepte, die für Wiedererkennbarkeit und ein starkes Markenbild sorgen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest du das visuelle Branding von SMARTBROKER+ weiter und setzt unsere Werte in hochwertiges Grafikmaterial um –von Kampagnengrafiken über Social Media Assets bis hin zu Messestände Gestaltungen, Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien. Kreativität, Teamgeist und ein Auge für Details zeichnen dich aus, und du hast Freudedaran, Designs iterativ weiterzuentwickeln und Feedback konstruktiv einzubauen.
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Grafik-Tools wie Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
- Starkes gestalterisches Gespür für Typografie, Layout, Bild-/ Farbwelt und visuelle Komposition
- Fähigkeit, Markenidentität zu verstehen und in konsistente Designsysteme zu übersetzen
- Ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Designtrends und Ästhetik
- Erfahrung mit Performance-Marketing-Grafiken und Social Media Designs
Pluspunkte für: - Erfahrung mit Erstellung von kurzen Animationen
- Erfahrung mit Adobe After Effects
- Storytelling-Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit Cinema 4D oder Blender
