To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time, we are looking for a Crew Superintendent (m/f/d).
Your tasks and responsibilities:Independent monitoring and planning of all crew activities for the assigned vesselsCentral contact person for captains, manning agencies, fleet operators and ship ownersKey account for customers with vessels in Döhle crew management Crew planning for officers and ratings, ensuring appropriate qualifications in accordance with STCW, the flag state and the ship ownerProcessing and approval of invoicesPlanning, instructing and coordinating crew changesCareer planning and selection of promotion candidatesAccompaniment and follow-up of P&I cases on board
Your profile
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally shipping or tourism related)Preferably experience background in shipping and crew management businessFluent written and spoken business EnglishIntercultural competenceDistinctive systematic approach and effective communication skillsWell-founded user knowledge in MS Office

The Döhle Group acts as exclusive chartering broker for a fleet of 500 container ships, bulk- and multi-purpose vessels. Today´s fleet encompasses container vessels with a capacity of 300 up to 13,000 TEU, multi-purpose carriers and bulk carriers ranging from 1,800 to about 210,000 dwt deadweight.
