Fraud Prevention & Customer Support Associate
to help protect their customers and business from fraudulent activity.

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on fraud detection, customer care, and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in investigating suspicious activity, supporting affected customers, and contributing to the development of secure and customer-centric banking services.

Role profile:

  • Investigate potential fraud cases and analyze data to identify patterns and risks.
  • Empathetic support of customers impacted by fraud.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess complex fraud scenarios.
  • Build trust with customers while protecting company assets.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Stay informed on emerging fraud trends and continuously develop your expertise.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a fraud-related role, particularly within financial services or banking.

  • Understanding of German regulations and fraud prevention protocols.
