We are seeking a
Full-Stack Developer
with solid experience in building modern, scalable software solutions across both backend and frontend. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with a German-speaking team.

Location: Germany, Berlin (Hybrid – ~10% onsite, 90% remote)

Workload: Part-time

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Compensation: 30–45 USD/hour (gross)

Language: Fluent German (spoken and written required)

Citizenship: No restrictions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modern software solutions with scalable architecture (frontend & backend)
  • Implement frontend applications using React
  • Develop backend services using .NET and Python, including API design and database integrations
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of all systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (code, architecture, interfaces)
  • Integrate with existing systems and interfaces
  • Handle deployment in Azure or on-premise environments
  • Follow best practices in code quality, performance, and IT security

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing backend services with Python and .NET
  • 3+ years of experience building frontend applications with React
  • 2+ years of experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • 2+ years of experience managing Kubernetes environments
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies (Azure preferred)
  • Fluent German communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel to Berlin for occasional project meetings (~10%)
