OverviewKEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a Field Service Engineer DACH.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a key member of the EMENA Kemin Application Solutions (KAS) team, located in Germany. The KAS team is dedicated to delivering high-quality product application systems and services to Kemin's customers across the region.In this role, you will primarily support customers in Germany and neighboring countries, ensuring optimal performance of our systems. We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.A privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees and operates in 90 countries including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Singapore, South Africa and the United States.ResponsibilitiesAs Field Service Engineer you will have a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities:Maintain good contact with our customers in the designated area and act as a primary technical point of contact.Minimizing the applicator downtime, by maximizing the customer support.Perform installations, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of new and existing applications systems.Take initiative to keep our customers systems up to date.Follow up on application projects.Perform and conduct trials with our sales team.Identify new market requirements and translate them to solutions.Perform detailed factory surveys and translate application requirements into technical solutions.Quality control during maintenance and installations, report QC issues.Active participating in development of new dosing systems.Provide training for the operators of our systems.QualificationsWhat we expect of you:Experience in a technical industrial environment. Understanding of SIEMENS PLC and SCADA.Ability to successfully install, service and maintain all offline/online application systems.
