What we look for:You are part of the OMMAX Leadership team crafting and implementing sophisticated strategies across various digital channels, including SEO, SEA, paid social, display, programmatic advertising, and performance marketingYou oversee customer acquisition initiatives, manage staffing, prioritize projects, and ensure execution aligns with profitability and customer satisfaction goals.You direct client project implementation by collaborating closely with clients to define tailored strategies and ensure seamless execution.You innovate and expand our digital acquisition and consulting services, focusing on MarTech solutions and marketing channel optimization.You cultivate internal expertise and thought leadership while building strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.You provide strategic guidance to consultants, ensuring quality in client relationships and project delivery.You establish and refine process standards and quality assurance measures to uphold excellence in all projects.You lead sales initiatives and develop innovative services that align with industry trends and client needs.You collaborate with leadership across departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with organizational objectives.You represent the company at events and partner with the People & Culture Team to drive recruitment for the Digital Marketing Team.What we require:You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business administration, marketing, or a related field.You have at least 15 years of professional experience in the digital marketing space, encompassing both strategic and operational roles, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.You possess expert knowledge of the MarTech landscape, along with a deep understanding of current tools and trends in digital marketing, including specific channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and LLM.You demonstrate technical expertise and a data-driven approach to marketing activities, with a solid understanding of data protection regulations, including third-party cookies.You have proven experience in leading and coordinating multiple teams and projects, ensuring alignment and effective execution.You have a strong understanding of the relevance and impact of marketing analytics, tracking, and customer journey optimization on overall marketing performance.You exhibit strong analytical and conceptual skills, working in a structured and results-oriented manner.You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and a genuine passion for your work.You are fluent in English, and proficiency in German is preferred (if based in Munich).What you can expect:Your impact is crucial: You actively shape the digital future in a highly motivated & smart team in direct cooperation with the founders & partners, creating real added value by linking strategy and implementation.Your hard work pays off You benefit from attractive salary packages, participation in sales success and exclusive investment opportunities.
