Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Strong knowledge of and experience with PaloAlto firewall and VPN solutions;
• Minimum of 3 years experience with network security;
• Experience integrating security solutions into firewall and VPN systems.

Desirable:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of NAEW&C Force CIS Squadron organisation, procedures and IT Systems.

Duties/role:

• Applying NATO and locally provided security policies and standards to ensure safe and efficient operation, administration, maintenance (both in-house and outsourced), and user support of all NAEW&C IT/CIS systems;
• Applying NATO and locally provided security policies and standards to ensure safe and efficient operation, administration, maintenance (both in-house and outsourced), and user support of all NAEW&C networks, Internet, System Software, data safety, support facilities for software and data maintenance, and other assigned special purpose IT/CIS systems;
• Administrating PaloAlto Firewall cluster securing the Internet connected systems.
