As a Project Manager at SAP Customer Experience, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer experience solutions that drive business value for our clients. This role combines strategic project leadership with hands-on data entry and management tasks to ensure project success.

Your First 90 Days

  • Complete comprehensive onboarding and SAP CX platform training
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Take ownership of 2-3 ongoing projects with mentorship support
  • Establish project governance frameworks for your portfolio
  • Deliver your first project milestone ahead of schedule
  • Implement process improvements based on initial observations

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP Customer Experience implementations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Implement and oversee Agile/SCRUM methodologies across project teams
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, executives, and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and gather feedback
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
  • Present project updates to senior leadership and C-level executives

Technical Execution

  • Oversee data entry, migration, and management processes for CX implementations
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex implementation challenges
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing protocols are followed throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage integration of SAP CX solutions with existing client systems

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and analysts
  • Foster collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving
  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members
  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1+ years of project management experience in technology or software implementation
  • Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding €500,000
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Experience with SAP Customer Experience platform or similar CX technologies
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Data entry and management expertise for project documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications & Specializations

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Customer Experience
  • SCRUM Master certification
  • Experience in customer experience technology domain
