Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be the friendly, professional voice representing our brand to our Japanese-speaking clients. Your core mission will be to:

  • Provide exceptional, empathetic customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve cases efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team to share knowledge and enhance the overall client experience.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Required: Native-level fluency in Japanese and conversational English (B2 level).
  • A natural problem-solver with outstanding communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude.
  • Tech-savviness and a genuine willingness to learn new software and systems.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
  • The excitement and adaptability to relocate to Greece starting September 2025.
