Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Sales Managing Directors bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben wie Reisekostenabrechnung, Buchung und Koordination von Terminen, Dienstreisen und Meetings, Pflege und Verwaltung des Terminkalenders
  • Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der täglichen Verwaltung und bei Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Pflege der Kunden-Datenbank und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unserem CRM-System
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Vertriebsunterlagen und Präsentationen
  • Koordination und Planung von Meetings sowie Logistik für Vertriebsevents
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Vertragsdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Weiterleitung relevanter Anliegen an die zuständigen Teammitglieder
  • Organisation von internen und externen Meetings inklusive der Bereitstellung notwendiger Unterlagen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
  • Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Sales- oder Management-Umfeld
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, vorausschauender Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise HubSpot
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
