Resource Manager (all genders) Part-time, 60%
Your future tasks:

  • Lead project resource management across all projects, in close collaboration with PMO, Project Excellence, and Corporate HR
  • Ensure effective resource planning by developing, maintaining, and communicating project org charts and resource plans
  • Drive transparency by tracking, reporting, and sharing past, current, and future resource utilization
  • Develop and implement standardized resource management processes, tools, and governance, ensuring adherence
  • Capture and leverage resource-related lessons learned to support continuous improvement and better decision-making
  • Own and coordinate project onboarding and offboarding processes and, where applicable, track non-human project resources

Your profile:

  • Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Several years of experience in management of offshore wind execution projects.
  • You combine strong technical project management skills with a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities under pressure with a focus on quality and diligence
  • Ideally, you have a professional qualification in project management, such as PMP from the PMI or IPMA level B, C or D.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator and team player in a multi-disciplinary and international work environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an asset
